Processing & Shipping

All Coco & Butter Skin products are handmade with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please allow time for shipping carriers to update tracking information.

Coco & Butter Skin is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

We strongly recommend adding a phone number at checkout. If we notice an address issue before shipping, we may reach out via text to help ensure successful delivery.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and body care products, all sales are final.

Coco & Butter Skin does not accept returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to be considered for a replacement or refund.

Clear photo or video proof of the damage is required and must be sent to:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

While Coco & Butter Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, we are happy to look into the issue and assist to the best of our ability.
